You can export data from Pipedrive’s CRM in three ways. Exporting an individual deal is done through the deal’s detail view by clicking on “...” (More) > Export as XLS. Users can also export custom reports via the list view by using filters, then clicking “…” (More) and selecting “Export filter results”. To export all your data, the global admin must click the “...” (More) tab and select “Export data”. You can export data as either a CSV or Excel file.
